I have a passion for helping people find do what they love. We are meant to live big, beautiful lives driven by the work we do inside and out.

After a decade in Human Resources, I took the leap to be my own boss. I want to make the largest impact possible on as many workplaces as possible. I do this through coaching new leaders, helping people find their career passion, and consulting in workplaces to improve their business in the HR department.

I have a certification in coaching from the Martha Beck Wayfinder Coaching program, hold a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Human Resources Management from Regis University, am a SHRM-Certified Professional, and have a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Gonzaga University.

When I am not coaching and consulting, I love to visit local coffee shops, spend time with my pup, and explore national parks.

Proudly based out of Tacoma, WA but open to virtual work as well as travel for your business needs.
